Add calendar

This update introduces the next piece in the functional element of the Zima Dashboard -- a calendar. Calendar element is positioned below the current time and temperature element and above the weather cards, and displays the current month.

Start of the week day is recognized automatically based on the location, but can also be changes manually in the settings. Current day is highlighted visually with a circle. In future releases, I plan to add holidays and Google calendar events integration to the calendar.
