Add extra animations based on certain events

My vision for the Zima Weather dashboard was to have a mix of both functional and aesthetic elements in it. The core functionality of the dashboard is built around functional elements like five-day weather forecast cards, current weather and datetime elements. In the future, I plan to add other functional elements like calendar with holidays, potentially Google Calendar integration, precipitation and UV index forecasts.

The other part of the dashboard are fun/aesthetic elements -- events that occur with different probabilities or on certain dates, or during certain weather conditions. I am now adding the first such element, one of the most loved holidays around the globe -- Christmas Tree animation, which will only appear on December nights:

Currently, all extra animations are not configurable, but I plan to allow users to enable/disable them in the future, since not all countries celebrate same holidays.
