Red fox extra animation

As I have previously written when adding snowy fox, I am now adding comes another similar extra — red fox for warm summer days. As in winter version, the fox moves along the bottom of screen and disappears. Happens with a moderate probability with temperature above 5 degrees Celsius (39 degrees Fahrenheit) or higher, and with a zero probability otherwise.
