Red fox extra animation

As I promised when adding snowy fox, here comes another extra -- red fox for warm summer days. As in winter version, the fox moves along the bottom of screen and disappears. Happens with a moderate probability with temperature above 5 degrees Celsius (39 degrees Fahrenheit) or higher, and with a zero probability otherwise.
